Queen Mary Music Scholarship 2018/19

Applications are open to all Queen Mary undergraduate, postgraduate and research students for awards of £350 to help meet the cost of instrumental or vocal tuition during the academic year.

There are a number of scholarships and bursaries available to undergraduate students who started a course at Queen Mary in September 2018 and who are permanently resident in specified London Boroughs.

From Saturday 20 to Sunday 21 October, planned electrical works to recommission the Combined Heating and Power (CHP) Generator will take place at the Mile End campus. As part of these works, there will be a planned power shutdown of the Engineering Building, Graduate Centre, Great Hall and Queens’ Building.

Disruption to London transport services – Friday 5 October

London transport services on the Central and Waterloo & City lines will be disrupted due to strike action by certain Tube trade union members on Friday 5 October. It is expected there will be no service all day on Friday (including Friday Night Tube).

The Indonesian Embassy in London is now recruiting students to participate in the Bali Democracy Students Conference (BDSC) held in conjunction with the Bali Democracy Forum (BDF), taking place in Nusa Dua, Bali, on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 December.
