IT Service Desk – 24/7 live chat and phone support available

IT Services is providing 24/7 live chat support over the holidays. To raise issues or ask a question, you can start a live chat by clicking on the 'IT Help Chat' button at

You can also call the IT Service Desk on 020 7882 8888. You will be connected to one of our helpful operators who can offer general advice and help with requests such as password resets, login issues and Wi-Fi connection issues.

Please note that between 5pm on Monday 23 December and 8am on Thursday 2 January there will be no response to email and Self-Service requests.
