From Wednesday 4 November, international students studying at Queen Mary with a sponsorship or scholarship agreement will be able to drop-in to meet with our Global Engagement team.
Sessions run weekly on Wednesday 12.30-1.30pm in Room 216 in the Graduate Centre, Mile End campus.
If you can’t join in person but still want to speak to someone during this time, you can join on Teams instead. You’ll be held in the waiting room until a staff member is free to speak to you.
We would love the opportunity to meet with you, even if it’s just to say hello and find our how you’re settling into Queen Mary life!
Come and chat with us about:
- Administrative queries e.g. invoicing, billing, stipends
- Academic queries e.g. resits, appeals
- Wellbeing queries e.g. life as a student, settling into London, counselling or advice
- General queries or concerns
