Changing the culture: Report + Support Annual Report

Queen Mary is committed to increasing transparency and accountability in addressing issues of bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct within our community.

Published:

As part of this commitment, we will publish annual anonymised data insights gathered through Report + Support. The first annual report of Queen Mary’s Report + Support anonymised data is now available to download. This data has provided valuable insights into the types of incidents that have been experienced by members of our community and informs priority areas for us to focus on next.

As part of our ongoing work to tackle sexual violence, bullying, harassment and hate crime, our initial next steps include:

  • Re-purposing the Dignity at Work and Study Group to form a dedicated, University-wide Working Group to address violence against women and girls (VAWG).
  • Ongoing communications and campaigns to raise awareness of important issues, how to report and how to access support.
  • Ongoing work by HR to address staff bullying and harassment.

For more information please see the Report + Support or contact Melanie Dupin, Project Manager: tackling sexual violence, harassment and hate crime, at reportandsupport@qmul.ac.uk.
