AskQM, our new way of managing student enquiries is coming to Queen Mary on 7 April.
AskQM will give you access to a new system where you can quickly and easily find an answer to your question. If your question can’t be answered through the self-service tool then you will be able to submit an enquiry which you can then fully track until your query is resolved. In addition to the digital service, we will have a Front Line Enquiry Response team in several AskQM hubs across campuses who you can visit in-person.
The new system will be easy to use, easy to access and will make submitting and getting answers to enquiries speedier.
We will be sharing more information about the system in the next few months, ahead of launch.
