AskQM, our new way of managing student enquiries is coming to Queen Mary on 7 April.
AskQM will give you access to a new system where you can quickly and easily find an answer to your question. If your question can’t be answered through the self-service tool then you will be able to submit an enquiry.
The new system will be easy to use, easy to access and will make submitting and getting answers to enquiries speedier. As you can track your query from start to finish, you’ll also be able to see how it’s progressing.
In addition to the digital service, we will have a Front Line Enquiry Response team in several AskQM hubs across campuses who you can visit in-person. There will be hubs at IQ, and at the Library at Mile End from the start of April. There will be further hubs at other campuses, including Whitechapel, which we will confirm shortly.
We asked some of our Student Ambassadors to take a look at the new system and this is what they said:
“Yes, I think the new approach will definitely improve the process. I think before I had to email [my queries in] so it’s easier to track and access this way.”
“It’s much easier to submit an enquiry. The ‘New enquiry’ button is obvious. We used to have to send emails [with our questions] which sometimes got lost. We can now track the enquiry. “
We will share further information and details about AskQM soon.
