AskQM is almost here

AskQM, our new way of managing student enquiries is coming to Queen Mary in April.

Published:

AskQM will give you access to a new system where you can quickly and easily find an answer to your question. If your question can’t be answered through the self-service tool then you will be able to submit an enquiry.

The new system will be easy to use, easy to access and will make submitting and getting answers to enquiries speedier. As you can track your query from start to finish, you’ll also be able to see how it’s progressing.

In addition to the digital service, we will have a Front Line Enquiry Response team in several AskQM hubs across campuses who you can visit in-person.  There will a hub in iQ East Court at launch and we expect to have a hub in the Mile End Library in May and other hubs in Whitechapel, Charterhouse Square and Lincoln’s Inn Fields by August.

There will also be AskQM pop-ups on the Ground Floor of the Mile End Library and Garrod Building (Whitechapel) during launch so you can view AskQM and staff will be on hand to answer any questions.

We asked some of our Student Ambassadors to take a look at the new system and this is what they said:

“Yes, I think the new approach will definitely improve the process. I think before I had to email [my queries in] so it’s easier to track and access this way.”

“It’s much easier to submit an enquiry. The ‘New enquiry’ button is obvious. We used to have to send emails [with our questions] which sometimes got lost. We can now track the enquiry. “
