QMUL Bursary 2017/18 – why haven’t I received the first instalment?
If you were expecting your first instalment of the QMUL Bursary 2017/18 in February, the Bursaries team have provided some guidance on why you might not have received it and how to rectify it.
Many students received the first instalment of their bursary in February. If you were expecting yours but haven’t received it, be sure to check that you registered your bank details with Student Finance. Check the details in your online bursary entitlement letter by logging in to your Student Finance application at the appropriate website below and looking under ‘Letters and Emails’.
If you don’t have a bursary entitlement letter online or have any queries on your eligibility then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Assessments are ongoing throughout the year and providing that your financial information reaches us before Tuesday 31 July, we will assess you for a bursary.
