Alongside our local communities in Tower Hamlets, we’re taking a moment to think about those we know who’ve been affected and the loss we may have experienced, as well as the collective effort that is helping us through.

Do join us.

  • The event will take place in the Courtyard of the Queens’ Building on Mile End Campus on Tuesday 19th October at 1pm.
  • The short gathering will include curated music, reflections, and a moment of silence.
  • It will be led by Queen Mary Chaplain, Ella Sharples, and it is open to everyone in the Queen Mary community, people of all faiths and none.
  • Crocus bulbs will also be available from the Chaplaincy, which you can take away or plant on the Chaplaincy lawn, and fruit trees will be planted on campus as symbol of renewal.
