IT support for the holidays 2020

IT Services are still available over most of the holiday closure period. You can access help and support via live chat on the website or call them on the phone any time.

24/7 online live chat support

IT Services is providing 24/7 live chat support throughout the holidays via our support partner Norman. To raise an issues or ask a question, you can start a live chat by clicking on the 'IT Help Chat' button at its.qmul.ac.uk.

Phone support

You can also call the IT Service Desk on 020 7882 8888. You will be connected to one of our helpful operators who can offer general advice and help with requests such as password resets, login issues and Wi-Fi connection issues.

Email and self-service support service suspended

Between 7pm on Friday 18 December and Monday 4 January, you can still email us and raise self-service support requests, however, please be aware we will only respond to your query upon returning Monday 4 January. If you need support during that period, you are encouraged to use live chat or call us.
