Are you a new student to QMUL and recently arrived in the UK? If you were unable to attend the Study Guidance & Adapting to UK HE workshops that ran throughout the International Welcome Programme in September, we are offering students another opportunity during reading week to come along and find out more about the study skills support and advice available to students from the Language Centre and Learning Development teams. 

Topics that will be covered in the workshop shall include: 

• independent study
• knowledge at undergraduate/postgraduate level
• preparing for lectures and seminars
• plagiarism
• where to go for guidance and help.
