Final call: could you lead the Students’ Union?
Nominations are open in the Students’ Union Elections. Choose from one of over 40 positions, including full-time paid roles (paid up to £24,500) and part-time voluntary roles. Being an officer is a unique experience that is fun and rewarding, and boosts your CV and skills. Elected students set the direction of the Union, decide on student policy and run campaigns, projects and events. You’ll also be the voice of the students you represent at QMUL. Alternatively you can refer a friend on our elections site. Find out more at www.qmsu.org/elections. Nominations close 4pm on Wednesday 15 February.
Education Awards: nominations close this Friday
Every year the Education Awards celebrate the contributions of staff and students to improving the Queen Mary learning experience. The Education Awards include the Course Rep Awards, awarded to Course Reps who have made a huge difference to students and their courses, and the Teaching Awards, awarded to teaching and support staff that have made an outstanding contribution to the student experience.
You choose who receives an award - follow the links at www.qmsu.org/awards/education to nominate your fellow students or teaching staff.
