Do you get anxious about anxiety? Stressed about stress? 

On the 31 October, alongside Study Well, your Students’ Union will be launching ‘Be Kind to Your Mind’, a well-being initiative designed to give you the tools to develop a healthier mind. 

Throughout the week of the 31 October – 4 November there will be all sorts of events, so keep an eye on our Facebook page and website - we hope to see you there!
