QMUL undergraduate students to present their research at national conference

Friday 29 January 2016

The British Conference of Undergraduate Research (http://www.bcur.org/) was set up in 2010 to create opportunities for undergraduates to engage in and present their research in an academic conference.

This year, QMUL has provided funding for 20 of our students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering to present their research at the conference in Manchester in March. This is the first time that our students will be attending the conference. They will have the opportunity to discuss their research with over 350 delegates from national and international universities. We hope this will become a regular event for our students.

The funding for this has been provided by QMUL’s Annual Fund, which creates opportunities for QMUL students who need them the most. The funding is generously provided by QMUL’s alumni network.
