Stressed out with midterms? Too many essay deadlines? Help raise money for Nepal with a vinyasa yoga fundraiser.
All students are invited to a yoga fundraiser for Otakar Kraus Music Trust, which uses music therapy to support people in the aftermath of the earthquakes in Nepal. The classes are organised by Suzy, a QMUL Geography student who undertook her PhD research in Nepal, and Hanna who completed her yoga teacher training in Nepal and will be leading the class.
There will be two vinyasa yoga classes of 75 minutes, followed by some seasonally appropriate tea and sweets. All levels welcome and you don’t need any prior experience.
Date: Saturday 12 December
Venue: Yoga Nest, 27 Old Ford Road, E2 9PJ
Nearest Tube: Bethnal Green
Time: First class at 2pm
Second class at 4pm
(Please arrive five to ten minutes before your class)
Donation: £12.50 to reserve your spot through the Justgiving page; more cash donations on the day are of course always welcome.
