Your views on accessing libraries around the UK and Ireland

Would you like postgraduate taught students at Queen Mary to gain access to 144 academic libraries across UK and Ireland? In return are you happy for PGT students to have the right to use QMUL's libraries?

The Society of College, National and University Libraries (SCONUL) represents all university libraries in the UK and Ireland, irrespective of mission group, as well as national libraries and many of the UK’s colleges of higher education. SCONUL aims to encourage universities in the UK and Ireland to participate in the SCONUL Access scheme which allows many university library users to borrow or use books and journals at other libraries which belong to the scheme.

There are several pro and cons to joining in this reciprocal scheme and the Libraries at Queen Mary are conducting a survey about our SCONUL participation.
