Service improvements: Printers and QM iPay unavailable Monday 22 to Tuesday 23 December

IT Services has scheduled some essential maintenance work to enhance the systems running our student print service. This work will take place between Monday 22 December and Tuesday 23 December.

How will this affect you?

Printers in the libraries and computer rooms across all campuses will be out of service the morning of Tuesday 23 December until midday.  During this time you will not be able to print, copy or scan.

QM iPay accounts will also be unavailable. You won’t be able to top up or sign in to your account from 8am on Monday 22 December until 2pm on Tuesday 23 December. Your balance won’t be affected by this work.

Urgent printing or copying

If you need anything urgently printed or photocopied in the morning the work is taking place, please go to:

  • Mile End – CopyShop
  • Whitechapel – Basement, Library
