Cook up a storm and help the environment with our Love Food Hate Waste cookery workshops

This December Love Food Hate Waste (LFHW) will be hosting three cookery workshops for QMUL students. These free workshops will teach you how to minimise waste when you cook, have a low-impact on the environment and lower your food bills. This includes learning about meal planning, portion control, vegetarian meals and using leftovers.

LFHW focuses on the everyday changes we can make in order to lower food waste, save money and benefit the environment. During the workshops students will have the opportunity to cook vegetarian dishes under the supervision of a trained chef.  

The three sessions will take place on Friday 5 December at Drapers Bar, Mile End campus. Each session will last 45 minutes with the first starting at 11am, the second at 1pm, and the third at 3pm. There is a limited number of places available. Please email sustainability@qmul.ac.uk indicating which session you would like to attend.
