Did you know that once you have completed your studies at Queen Mary, you automatically become part of the Queen Mary Alumni Network, a vibrant community of over 100,000 former students around the world? The Alumni Network provides you with a lifelong link to the university and each other. You will receive regular communications, including the Queen Mary Alumni e-Newsletter, which will keep you updated on news and developments at the university and the ways in which you to get involved with supporting current students.
We will also invite you to events and reunions, both in the UK and internationally.
In addition, you can apply for the Alumni Extra Card, which enables you to continue your Queen Mary Library membership as well as offering you discounted membership at Qmotion, Queen Mary’s health and fitness centre, along with further great benefits as listed on our website.
Click here to apply for the card and once you have submitted the application form, don’t forget to send in a passport-style photo of yourself as a JPEG attachment, along with your full name and Student ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will enable the team to process your card and have it ready for collection on your graduation day! You can collect your card form the Alumni desk, which will be located in the foyer of the People’s Palace from Monday 14th July – Friday 18th July, between 9am and 5pm. The Alumni team is looking forward to seeing you there! If you are not attending your graduation, you can still apply for the Alumni Extra Card and request for it to be posted out to you.
We also encourage you to update your home address and personal email address on MySis to ensure that you are kept in touch with Queen Mary following graduation and that important documentation such as your results and degree certificate are sent to the correct address.
Keep in touch with us is through our online communities on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We are always pleased to hear from our former students, so do keep us informed of your news and how your life and career is progressing.
