The summer holidays are almost upon us and whilst we hope you will be making the most it, for those of you returning in September 2014 to start another degree programme with Queen Mary there are a few things we need you to do to ensure a smooth enrolment process in September 2014.
If you need to extend your UK immigration permission and you are not going to have your original passport during enrolment, please bring your original passport and proof of current immigration permission in the UK to the Student Enquiry Centre, Room CB02, Queens' Building before these documents are posted to the Home Office so that we can verify them.
This guidance is very important as the university might not be able to enrol you if you have not presented us with your original passport and proof of current immigration permission in the UK at the point of enrolment or recently before. If you have already posted your passport to the Home Office please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on further actions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
