The IT Helpdesk is your single point of contact to deal with all IT related issues and questions. Whether it’s setting up accounts, resetting passwords, getting access to the wireless network, or questions regarding QMplus and other applications…we are here to help you!
Most of you are aware of open access PCs in the Library and The Hive but there PC labs across all Queen Mary campuses. So if the PCs in the Libraries are too busy or you would like somewhere a little quieter to do your work, you can check PC availability and lab locations here: http://availability.stu.qmul.ac.uk/
