QMSU launches Mental Health and Wellbeing campaign on World Mental Health Day - Thursday 10 October

On Tuesday 10 October, World Mental Health Day, Queen Mary Students’ Union will be launching their Mental Health and Wellbeing campaign. They will sign the Time-To-Change pledge showing their commitment to tackling mental health stigma and discrimination at Queen Mary. It is TimeToTalk and on the day QMSU will encourage both students and staff to start conversations about mental health. Along with QM’s support services, QMSU have created a day of activities, workshops and talks at the Students’ Union Hub, Mile End campus. There will be everything from Tea&Talks, including a cake sale taking place in Library Square, musical creativity workshops, and movie screenings to a panel of young people talking about their experiences with eating disorders, anxiety and stress.
