Our award-winning degree programme with the Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) has now been running for nine years. We have also just launched a joint programme with Nanchang University (NCU), and just welcomed the first cohort of 104 students. The students will study for a QM BSc in Biomedical Sciences alongside their medical degree in China.
Students were grateful for the break from their three week pre-term compulsory military training when they were welcomed to QM by Professor Jeremy Kilburn, Vice-Principal of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, and their new QM teaching staff, who will 'fly in' to give block lectures several times a term. Their top question was "Should we listen to the BBC to improve our English?"
You can find out a bit more about our joint programme with NCU http://www.sbcs.qmul.ac.uk/nanchang/index.html and joint programmes with BUPT http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/study-abroad/joint-program.
