Andy Smith’s column – June 2013

Tuesday 11 June 2013

We're well within the final term now, and as I write this, a couple of years have already finished (whilst the 4th years look on with envy). The number of sports fixtures and society events are decreasing, being replaced with revision lectures and AGMs. I hope that the new committees feel motivated by this year's success and will bring in a fresh perspective and renewed energy.

My time is currently focused on the finalists' graduation events, as well as leading on the student consultation of the school's proposed reorganisation. I'm also starting the handover process with Ali Jawad, whose face and prose will be filling this column from August!

I wish you all the very best in the exam season, and if you've already finished, have a wonderful summer.
