Expected outage duration: 30 minutes
Impact to users and the services affected: Access to files via the (G:) drive or My File Store on teaching service PCs will not be available to some students and staff during this period. You will not lose any saved files.
We need to restart the server that these files are stored on as part of necessary maintenance work.
If you find you are not able to access your files, we recommend logging off and restarting your workstation after 6.30pm. In the unlikely event that you continue to experience any difficulties after 7pm on the day, please contact the IT Helpdesk on email@example.com or call 020 7882 8888 from 8.30am on Friday morning.
