The exhibitors are committed to creating an inclusive engineering and technology industry and are on the look out for candidates from underrepresented groups in industry eg female, ethnic minority, LGBT+ and those with a disability. Come along and hear about the exciting opportunities available to you.
There will also be an insights seminar with role models from the above backgrounds speaking about their experiences. A CV and applications surgery, interview skills workshop and psychometric test practices will be available on the day.
